1. Ticket Price & VAT: All ticket prices are exclusive of applicable VAT and other government taxes, where applicable.

2. Ticket Transfer: Tickets are non-transferable to another event date. However, a ticket may be transferred to another attendee with prior written notice and approval from the organizer.

3. Limited Seating: Total physical participation is limited to 100 participants across both Diamond and Gold ticket categories. Entry will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.

4. Seating Arrangement: Diamond ticket holders are guaranteed front-row seating. Gold ticket holders will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Online Webinar: The 2-day online webinar link will be shared via email/SMS after the physical session. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and active contact details during registration.

6. Event Changes: Genius Talks reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speaker lineup, venue, or other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered attendees will be notified of significant changes within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Photography & Recording: Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the potential use of their image, voice, or appearance in such promotional materials.

8. Certificate: Certificates of participation will be issued only to participants who attend the **full-day physical session**. Certificates will not be issued to participants who leave before the completion of the session.
