1. Introduction

Welcome to eticketnepal.com, a digital ticket booking platform operated by Galaktik Nepal Pvt. Ltd., located in Kathmandu, Nepal. By using this platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our services for booking event tickets.

2. Service Description

Eticketnepal.com provides an online system for users to book tickets for:

  • Concerts
  • Stage shows
  • Stand-up comedy
  • Musical events
  • Festivals
  • Public and private gatherings

We act as an intermediary between users and event organizers. We are not the direct host of the events.

3. Booking & Ticket Policy

3.1 Ticket Purchase
  • Tickets can be booked through our website or app using supported payment methods.
  • Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation message via email.
3.2 Entry Requirement
  • A valid e-ticket or booking ID must be presented at the venue.
  • You may be required to show valid ID proof for verification.
  • Entry will be denied if tickets are forged, duplicated, or misused.
3.3 Final Sale
  • All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed unless the event is officially cancelled.

4. Payments & Charges

  • We accept digital wallets Khalti as a payment partner.
  • All ticket prices include base cost + convenience fees + taxes.
  • Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Event Cancellations & Postponements

5.1 Organizer Responsibility
  • In the event of cancellation or postponement, decisions regarding rescheduling or refund will be made by the event organizer.
  • Eticketnepal will coordinate refunds as per the organizer’s policy, but cannot issue refunds independently.
5.2 Notification
  • Users will be informed of cancellations or changes via email/SMS/Call if contact details are accurate.

6. Limitations of Liability

Eticketnepal is not liable for:

  • Event cancellations, artist no-shows, or changes in program
  • Venue conditions, parking issues, or seating problems
  • Personal loss, theft, or injury during the event
  • Technical failures or downtime during booking

7. User Conduct & Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older to book tickets.
  • Accounts found engaged in ticket resale, fraudulent use, or misuse will be terminated without notice.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

8. Ticket Validity

  • Each ticket is valid for one entry only and cannot be reused.
  • The QR code or booking code is unique and non-transferable, unless permitted by the organizer.

9. Gift Vouchers

  • Vouchers are for personal use only and cannot be sold or used for commercial promotion.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers may be replaced with valid proof of purchase.
  • All vouchers are subject to validity and usage terms.

10. Privacy & Communication

  • Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree to receive transactional and promotional emails/SMS related to your bookings.
  • Communication is valid once sent to your registered contact details.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes should first be reported to our support team for resolution.
  • If unresolved, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Kathmandu District Court.
