# Rally Terms & Conditions



1. EVs and ICE vehicles must start the rally with a maximum range of **250 km**. Exceeding this limit will result in penalties.

2. All designated checkpoints must be completed before reaching the finish. Teams missing any checkpoint must return and complete it before the official deadline.

3. Teams may choose any route between checkpoints unless otherwise instructed by the organizers.

4. All participants must obey traffic laws. Rash driving, dangerous overtaking, speeding, or causing public inconvenience will result in penalties or disqualification.

5. Every team must submit a rally video/vlog covering their journey, tasks, local interactions, challenges, and vehicle highlights. Brand promotional content may be included for up to **15 minutes**. Failure to submit the video will result in disqualification.

6. Communication or assistance between competing teams is strictly prohibited.

7. All assigned rally tasks must be completed. Failure to do so will result in penalties.

8. Vehicle branding must be approved by the Organizing Committee before the event.

9. Each participating brand must provide one Media/Marketing Vehicle for official event coverage. The Organizers will be responsible for the vehicle during the agreed handover period.

10. The participation fee includes accommodation, meals, merchandise, branding, marketing, and official event coverage.

11. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to impose penalties or disqualify teams for rule violations. All decisions made by the organizers are final.
