1. Eligibility



* Open only to students who completed their +2 in the current academic year.

* Valid proof (+2 Admit Card, Grade Sheet, or equivalent) may be required.

* False information or invalid documents will result in immediate disqualification.

* Only participants who have paid the NPR 1,000 entry fee are eligible.



2. Tournament Format



* Group Stage + Knockout format.

* All matches are 1 vs 1.

* Brackets are randomly generated and cannot be changed once the tournament begins.



3. Match Settings



* Game: EA SPORTS FC

* Match Length: 6 minutes per half

* Stadium : Default

* Weather : Clear

* Injuries : OFF

* Handball : On

* Extra Time : On ( Knockout Matches )

* Penalty Shootout : If required after Extra Time.



4. Team Selection



* National teams only; no club teams.

* Duplicate teams are not allowed in the same match.

* Team changes are not allowed after kickoff.



5. Player Conduct



* Respect opponents, organizers, and spectators.

* No cheating, abusive behavior, or exploiting game glitches.

* Violations may result in immediate disqualification.



6. Match Rules



* Maximum 3 pauses per player (up to 30 seconds each).

* Pauses are allowed only for substitutions or tactical changes.

* Time-wasting is prohibited.



7. Technical Issues



* In case of technical problems, the organizer will decide whether the match is replayed or resumed.



8. Reporting & Attendance



* Winners must report results immediately after each match.

* Arrive 10 minutes early. Players more than 5 minutes late may forfeit.

* Any disputes must be raised before the next round.



9. Organizer's Decision



* The organizer's decision is final on all disputes, scheduling, and rule interpretation.

* Rules may be updated if necessary to ensure fair play and smooth tournament operations.
