Participation is open only to eligible representatives of MBAN member institutions.

All participants must complete registration within the specified deadline.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in sporting activities.

Event schedules, fixtures, and rules may be modified by the organizing committee if required.

Participants must follow the rules and decisions of referees, officials, and organizers at all times.
