Submitted films must have a total runtime of 3 to 10 minutes.

All aerial footage must be filmed by the entrant and be entirely original.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all drone flights are conducted in accordance with relevant aviation laws, safety standards, and local regulations.

Only one film submission is permitted per participant.

Entries must respect all applicable copyright, privacy, and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of third-party content may result in disqualification.

By submitting an entry, participants grant the festival organizers permission to screen, exhibit, and use the film for promotional, educational, tourism, and festival-related purposes, with full credit given to the filmmaker whenever the work is used.
