Stall booking is subject to availability and confirmation by the organizers.

Exhibitors must complete the required registration and payment process to confirm their stall.

The applicable stall fee is ₹12,000 per sq. m + GST, with a minimum booking of 10 sq. m.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own products, displays, transportation, and related expenses unless otherwise agreed.

Exhibitors must follow all venue, safety, and event guidelines throughout the exhibition.

Stall allocation and placement will be decided by the organizers and may not be changed without approval.

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to the organizers' applicable policy.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue arrangements, or other details when necessary.

Exhibitors are responsible for complying with all applicable customs, tax, import/export, and business regulations.

By participating, exhibitors agree to follow these terms and the instructions of the event organizers.
