Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The organizer will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

If registration includes a fee, it is non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
